RESUMEN En la actualidad, la violencia de género se lleva a cabo no solo presencialmente (offline) sino que ha sido superada por la violencia de género en línea o digital, puesto que los medios tecnológicos favorecen la cibercriminalidad y se agudiza el ataque a las víctimas, es decir, a las niñas, jóvenes y mujeres. Con la violencia de género digital, reconocemos que esta tiene un impacto negativo en los derechos de la mujer, afecta su bienestar en general, al igual que identificamos que hay una diversidad de tipologías de estos hechos, la Difusión de imágenes sin consentimiento de la persona, el Ciberacoso, el Chantaje sexual y el Grooming, los cuales ya están regulado en otros países. Por el momento, no tenemos una regulación vigente contra la violencia digital, aunque se han dado pasos para su regulación con la aprobación de una Ley sobre Cibercrimen, que reposa en el ejecutivo para su respectiva sanción, pero hay que recordar que para enfrentar estos hechos se requiere de políticas públicas que aseguren a todas las personas el derecho a vivir libre de violencia.
ABSTRACT Currently, gender violence is carried out not only in person (offline) but has been surpassed by online or digital gender violence, since technological media favors cybercrime and the attack on victims worsens, that is, to girls, young people and women. With digital gender violence, we recognize that it has a negative impact on women's rights, affecting their well-being in general, just as we identify that there is a diversity of typologies of these events, the Dissemination of images without the consent of the person , Cyberbullying, sexual blackmail and Grooming, which are already regulated in other countries.
